For us, Covid has been a challenge however we have come through even stronger and we are super proud of that. It forced us to integrate a virtual hiring and training process which we love. It pushed us to expand to new locations. We also do have new employee policies that have helped our employees have a better quality of life and also take care of the health and wellness of all the people we touch in our daily lives.
Hard-working. We can train anyone. We are confident in this, but we can't train work ethic.
Competitive. In a positive way, we like to challenge those around us to be the best version of themselves.
Great communication skills. Working with industry leaders in telecom, it is critical that those that work here can communicate effectively through a variety of platforms.
We are a fun, engaging, and motivated group that likes to travel and explore new opportunities! On a more serious note however, we get to challenge our team towards success and that's really important to us.
